Please be aware that the information you submit on our website is not a confirmation of service. We will send you an email when your reservation is confirmed. We offer a prepay service, and you can provide credit card information by phone if preferable. We will confirm the reservation after charging the credit card.

Welcome to AVI Transportation! By using our transportation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

- A credit card is required to confirm any reservation. Special rates and fares may apply to holidays, extraordinary locations, or events. Contact a customer service representative for details.
- Cancellation of reservations, if done in advance, must be made 24 hours prior to the pick-up date to get a refund minus the processing and reservation fee (30%).
- For all transportation services, excluding airport pickups, we offer 15 minutes of free wait time. For airport arrivals, we offer 30 minutes of free waiting time on domestic flights and 45 minutes on international flights.
- Additional waiting time will be calculated in increments of 30 minutes at the vehicle's hourly rate. All no-shows will be charged the full rate.
- Please contact us upon arrival at the airport or port, so that one of our dispatchers can assist you.
- Greeting service is available for an additional charge.
- Trip cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the service date and time to avoid a full charge. Trip changes must also be made 24 hours prior to the service time.
- Gratuity is not included in the base fare.
